The programme of events for the 5th convocation ceremony of the Our Saviour Institute of Science, Agriculture and Technology (OSISATECH), Enugu, Enugu State.
The management and staff of Our Saviour Institute of Science, Agriculture, and Technology (OSISATECH) Polytechnic and College of Education invite you to their 5th Convocation ceremony.
This convocation is for our ND, NCE and HND graduates with registration numbers from 2012 to 2019.
OSISATECH Convocation Ceremony Programme of Events
DAY 1: Thursday, 15th December 2022
4 pm – 6 pm: Arrivals, Registration, and Hotel allocation
7.30 pm: NEC Meeting
9 pm: NWC Meeting
DAY 2: Friday, 16th December 2022
9 am: Opening Ceremony / Presidential Address
10 am: Visit to Owo Campus, Interaction with students, Presentation of marker boards, Refreshments, and Photo sessions
12noon:. Stop over at the Ogui campus, Interactions with students, Refreshments and Photo sessions
2 pm: NWC Meeting with the management
3 pm: Lunch/siesta
5 pm: AGM/manifesto presentation
10 pm: Lights out
DAY 3: Saturday, 17th December 2022
6 am – 9 am: Jogging to Okpara Square Enugu
10 am: Convocation at the school (Ogui Campus)
3 pm: OPCAA Election
7 pm: Award presentation, Gala night, Swearing-in of new NEC. Party till dawn
DAY 4: Sunday, 18th December 2022
8 am: Church services
11 am: Departure
