Osun State Polytechnic, Iree (OSPOLY) announces its Matriculation Ceremony for all Part-Time students of the 2022/2023 session on Thursday, 6th July 2023. All registered students must participate in the ceremony, failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of admission. Academic gowns for the ceremony will be available from Faculty Officers starting 4th July. Students must return gowns to the Faculty Officers before the close of work on 7th July, with a fine of N500.00 per day for any delay.

Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, popularly known as OSPOLY, has announced the schedule for the matriculation ceremony of its part-time students for the 2022/2023 academic session.

The ceremony has been slated to hold on Thursday, 6th July, 2023 at 11am. The prestigious event will take place at the ETF Hall and will mark the official admission of the part-time students into the polytechnic.

Important Instructions for Matriculating Students

All part-time students should note the following guidelines:

Returning of Academic Gowns

After the matriculation ceremony, all academic gowns should be returned to the Faculty Officers without fail by the close of work on Friday, 7th July, 2023.

The university management has also warned that failure to return the gown by any student will attract a fine of N500.00 for each day of default. The institution further warned that this penalty is subject to an upward review and could lead to further sanctions.
