Mandatory Participation
- Participation in the Matriculation Ceremony is mandatory for all students who have duly registered by Monday, 15th April 2024. It’s important to note that registration is a prerequisite for matriculation, and failure to register by this date implies forfeiture of admission and studentship.
Academic Gowns Collection
- Collection Date: Starting from Monday, 15th April 2024
- Students can collect their academic gowns from their respective Faculty Officers. This is a crucial part of the ceremony, as the academic gown symbolises your formal induction into the polytechnic’s academic community.
Return of Academic Gowns
- Return Deadline: By close of work on Wednesday, 17th April 2024
- It is imperative that all academic gowns are returned to the Faculty Officers by the stipulated deadline. Failure to comply with this directive will result in a fine of N1,000.00 for each day of delay. Please be aware that this fine is subject to increase and may lead to further sanctions.
