OSPOLY Part-Time Examination Clearance Form: Complete Guide for 2024

Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) has released details for obtaining the Part-Time Examination Clearance Form for the Daily Part-Time Second Semester Examination for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Students must pay their school fees before the examination begins.

The clearance process will start on Monday, 25 November 2024, and all students must follow the instructions provided.

Steps to Obtain the Clearance Form

1. Visit the OSPOLY portal (https://www.osunpoly.edu.ng) starting from 25 November 2024.
2. Log into the portal using your student credentials.
3. Print the examination clearance form from the portal.
4. Take the printed form to the Daily Part-Time Coordinator’s Office for signing.
5. Proceed to the Directorate of Part-Time Studies for further signing.

Requirements for Clearance

Students must present the following:

• A school fees receipt as proof of payment.
• Evidence of course registration for the semester.
