PAAU Anyigba announces 7th convocation and 25th anniversary programme

The Vice-Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Anyigba, Professor Marietu O. Tenuche, has invited members of the university community and the general public to attend the 7th Convocation Ceremony and 25th Anniversary Celebration.

The invitation was issued on behalf of the Council, Senate, and Congregation. Four days. Packed schedule. No dull moments.

Activities will run from Wednesday, 21 January to Saturday, 24 January 2026, across key locations on campus.

Wednesday, 21 January 2026

The opening day sets the tone.

Events lined up include the Vice-Chancellor’s press briefing, a book presentation, the anniversary lecture, and a novelty football match.

Thursday, 22 January 2026

Day two focuses on ideas, policy, and performance.

The convocation lecture will centre on Mineral Resources Beneficiation: A Bedrock to National Sovereignty, Development & Security in Nigeria.

Friday, 23 January 2026

This is a big one for graduating students.

Bachelor’s degrees will be awarded to students from the following areas:
