Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic, still known by many as Port Harcourt Polytechnic, is now accepting applications for its Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2025/2026 session.

Both full-time and part-time options are available. If you’re aiming for HND studies this year, here’s everything you need to know—without the fuss.

How To Apply

If you meet the requirements, here’s how to get started:

  1. Go to the school’s website or e-campus portal to start your application.
  2. The form costs ₦14,000. There’s also a portal charge of ₦2,500 and a bank fee of ₦300.
  3. Make your payment online by generating a transaction ID. Then, pay at any of these banks: Zenith, First Bank, UBA, Fidelity, Sterling, FCMB or Union Bank using Pay Direct. You can also use a Verve or MasterCard.
  4. After payment, take your receipt to the Bursary Department for confirmation.
  5. Submit the printed form, verified receipt and your documents to the Admissions Office.
