Apply for KENPOLY HND Admission Form 2025/2026

Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, Bori, better known as KENPOLY, has opened applications for its full-time Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year. If you’ve got your National Diploma and a year of work experience, this could be your next step.
Courses You Can Apply For
KENPOLY has a good spread of courses across four schools. The HND runs for two years, broken into four semesters.

Entry Requirements for HND
To apply, make sure you tick these boxes:
- You must have a National Diploma (ND) in the relevant course, either from KENPOLY or any other recognised polytechnic.
- Your ND result should not be lower than Lower Credit.
- You need to have completed at least one year of work experience in a relevant company or office.
- If your ND result is a Pass (2.00 – 2.49 GPA), you can still apply, but you must show two or more years of experience in your field.
How to Apply for KENPOLY HND Form
Step 1: Payment
Go to any Union Bank or FCMB branch nationwide.
Pay ₦16,300 (₦15,000 for the form, ₦1,000 portal access, ₦300 bank charge).
Provide:
- UTME Registration Number
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Step 2: Get Confirmation
After payment, you’ll get a receipt with a Confirmation Number.
Step 3: Register Online
Go to the KENPOLY application portal.
- Enter the Confirmation Number
- Create a password
- Log in with your UTME number
- Fill out your details (use an active phone number and email)
Step 4: Confirmation
Once done, you’ll get an SMS confirming your application.
Step 5: Print Your Form
Print your completed form. Check it carefully to make sure all the info is correct.
Step 6: Wait for Contact
If your application goes through, you’ll be contacted.
One Last Step
Don’t forget to send the following by post:
- A copy of your Industrial Training Certificate
- Your National Diploma transcript
