SAZU Senate Approves One-Session Extension

The decision reflects the commitment of SAZU to support students who were unable to meet their academic timelines due to expired residencies. The extension gives them another opportunity to regularise their academic status and complete outstanding programme requirements.

Students are encouraged to take this opportunity seriously and ensure that all necessary reactivation steps are completed within the stipulated period.

How to Complete Reactivation at SAZU

  1. Visit the ICT Directorate at the main campus in Gadau.
  2. Present your student identification and previous registration details.
  3. Confirm your eligibility for reabsorption and follow the reactivation process.
  4. Complete all pending registration procedures immediately after approval.

Students are reminded that the process applies only to those whose residencies expired on or before the 2024/2025 session.
