Interested candidates can obtain application forms at the School of Basic Midwifery, Awgu (located beside Agwu General Hospital) by paying a non-refundable fee of N10,000 into the school’s First Bank account. The payment details are as follows:

Submission of Application Forms

Completed application forms, along with photocopies of birth and educational certificates (WASSCE/NECO), should be submitted to the School of Basic Midwifery, Awgu, Enugu State by 2pm on or before 7th June 2024.
