Security Slaps AAUA ASUU Chairman, Lecturers Suspend Work
From the report reaching us, the Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba – Akoko (AAUA ) ASUU chairman was slapped this morning by an employee of a contract security company securing the school, named Sheriff Deputies.
According to the information we received from our correspondent, the security man was given order to perform the action by the governing body of the institution.
Presently, all lectures have been suspended for a week.
AAUA students are also protesting for swift removal of the Sheriff Deputies from their campus, saying if this could happen to a teaching staff, students would be done more worse.
