Seplat Energy Applied Technology Training Program 2026 (ATTP): Eligibility, Duration, Certificates, and Application Deadline
The Seplat Energy Producing Nigeria Unlimited Applied Technology Training Program (ATTP) is a City & Guilds approved foundation-level training programme. It is set up to equip young Nigerians with knowledge and skills for entry-level technician roles in the oil and gas industry.
Training period and location
The programme will run for approximately 23 months at the SEPNU Technical Training Centre (TTC), Eket.
Training and certification
On successful completion, candidates will receive two certificates: a SEPNU certificate of completion and a City & Guilds certificate in Applied Engineering Technology in a specified discipline.
The programme is described as offering hands-on learning with experts across different career fields within the organisation; graduates are also to receive coaching to think independently and develop their potential (as stated in the programme description).
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must meet the stated criteria:
- Applicants must be Nigerians.
- Applicants must hold a National Diploma (ND) in one of the listed disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering Technology
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology
- Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Petroleum Engineering Technology
- Applicants must have graduated with a minimum of Upper Credit, obtained no earlier than 2023.
- Applicants with higher qualifications will not be considered.
- Applicants must possess a government-issued identity card, such as:
- Voter’s card
- National ID
- Valid driver’s licence
- International passport
