Step 1: Check admission status on the portal
- Visit the SSUES students portal.
- On the left side of the page, select “Check Admission Status”.
- Type in the JAMB Registration Number and select “Check Admission”.

Step 2: View and pay the Acceptance and Screening invoice
- After admission is shown, select “View Invoice”.
- The Acceptance and Screening Invoice will appear on the screen. Select “Click Here to Pay Online” to move to payment.
- Choose a payment method: Card Payment or Bank Transfer. Follow the prompts to complete payment, then print the payment invoice for records.

Step 3: Log in and complete online profile
- After the payment is made, return to the portal home page. Log in with the JAMB Registration Number as both username and password.
- Fill in all required details on the portal, including:
- Bio-data
- Next of kin details
- O-Level or A-Level result details
- Upload of a clear passport photograph
- Upload of a clear signature

Step 4: Print forms and payment evidence
- When the online forms are complete, print two copies of:
- The Bio-data form
- Evidence of payment for Acceptance and Screening

Step 5: Attend the confirmation of admission venue
- With all required papers ready, the student should proceed to the venue set by the university for Confirmation of Admission.
