TSCNM Community Nursing Admission Form 2025/2026

Admission Is Open

Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery has started selling forms for its 2025 Community Nursing programme. If you’re from Taraba and you meet the entry rules, now’s the time to apply.

Forms are available online from 21 July to 31 August 2025.

Who Can Apply?

You must:

• Be from Taraba State
• Have at least 3 credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
• Include English Language and Biology as part of those credits
• Have a credit in either Physics or Chemistry
• Use no more than two sittings
• Use NABTEB only with NABTEB, not mixed with other results

How To Apply

1. Go to the Taraba College application portal
2. Create an account using a working email and phone number
3. Log in with the details you created
4. Pay ₦10,000 using your ATM card
5. Fill the form carefully and check everything before submitting
6. Only use a result-checking PIN that hasn’t been used more than three times
7. Print these out:
   • Payment slip
   • Filled application form
   • Acknowledgement letter

What Happens Next?

You’ll be invited for physical verification and a test.

Bring these along:

• Printed payment slip
• Application form
• Acknowledgement letter
• O’level result-checking card or PIN
• National ID or slip
• Both original and photocopy of all documents

• Date: Thursday, 5 September 2025
• Time: 8:00 a.m.
• Venue: College premises
• Bring your writing tools
