TSCNM Post Basic Nursing & Post Community Nursing/Midwifery Admission 2025

Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery has started online application for three programmes.

The admission covers Post Basic Nursing, Post Community Nursing, and Post Community Midwifery.

The form is open from 17 March 2025 to 7 April 2025.

Only qualified licensed nurses and midwives can apply.

For Post Basic Nursing:

• You must be a Licensed Midwife (LM) under the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• You must have at least five credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
• Subjects required include Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
• All credits must be in no more than two sittings.

For Post Community Nursing and Post Community Midwifery:

• You must hold a valid LCN to apply for Post Community Nursing.
• You must hold a valid LCM to apply for Post Community Midwifery.
• You must have at least five credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
• Subjects required include Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
• All results must be from no more than two sittings.
• NABTEB can only be combined with NABTEB.

Follow the Steps to Apply

1. Go to Taraba College application portal.
2. Create an account with email and password.
3. Log in using your username and password.
4. Pay ₦10,000 with an ATM card.
5. Fill the form and check all parts before you submit.
6. Use a result checker card or PIN not used more than three times.
7. Print your payment slip, application form, and acknowledgement letter.

Prepare Documents for Submission

Bring the following during the next stage:

• Printed payment slip
• Filled application form
• Acknowledgement letter
• Valid licence
• Certificate of registration
• Notification of result from NMCN
• Testimonial from nursing school
• O’level result

Make sure all documents are complete and match what was filled in the form.

This process must be followed step by step for your application to be valid.
