University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) IHST Supplementary Admission Form

The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), located in Benin City, Edo State, invites applications for admission into the Institute of Health Sciences and Technology (IHST) for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Available Courses and Durations

Entry Qualifications

Applicants must have at least five credit passes in not more than two sittings in WASSCE, NECO, or GCE O/L.

The required subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

Candidates with NABTEB results can also apply.

For Environmental Health Technology, Health Science may be accepted instead of Biology.

Applicants for Biomedical Engineering Technology may benefit from a pass in subjects like Woodwork, Auto Mechanics, Basic Electricity, Technical Drawing, or Fine Art.

Method of Application

Admission forms are available online through the IHST UBTH website.

All exams will be conducted using a computer-based system.

Additional Requirements

All ND applicants must have written the 2024 UTME (JAMB) exam and scored at least 150.
