UDUSOK Bans Use of Electrical Appliances in Hostels

The management of the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUSOK) has released the list of electrical appliances prohibited in the halls of residence.

List of Electrical Appliances Banned in UDUSOK Halls of Residence

This is to bring to your notice that in line with the University regulation under section “d” in the Revised Students’ Handbook, the use of electrical appliances such as Air conditioners, deep freezers, hot plates/ring and gas cookers is prohibited in the Halls of residence.

Consequently, contravention of the above or any other instruction by the maintenance officer, Matron, Hall administrator or Hall governors shall attract ejection from the hostel and replacement of any damaged property of the University.

You are therefore strongly advised to abide by the rules and regulations.
