UDUTH College of Nursing Sciences Admission Form

The Usmanu Danfodiyo Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) College of Nursing Sciences Admission Form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available.

This is a call for applications from interested and qualified candidates.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission, you must have five credits in not more than two sittings.

These credits should be in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

Accepted examinations include WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.

Application Process

Follow these steps to apply:

  1. Visit the Health Revolve website and choose Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto under the Remita Payment menu.
  2. Select UDUTH College of Nursing under Service.
  3. Enter N7,000.00 as the service amount and fill in the rest of your details correctly.
  4. Click on Generate Payment Instruction.
  5. Use the generated Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number to make your payment at any bank.
  6. After payment, bring the teller and Remita slip to the UDUTH College Accountant to collect your receipt.
  7. Bring the Remita slip and receipt to the College of Nursing Sciences, UDUTH Sokoto to receive your Serial Number and PIN.
  8. Visit the UDUTH Nursing Portal and enter your PIN and Serial Number.
  9. Fill in your information accurately, including your O’level results and JAMB score (if applicable).
  10. Print a clear copy of your application form and bring it along to the CBT entrance exam.
