The university has released important details for candidates admitted for the 2024/2025 academic session. Understanding the process ensures you complete all necessary steps on time.

Pay the Acceptance Fee

Candidates offered admission are required to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00). This payment confirms your admission and reserves your place.

To proceed:

1. Visit the University of Ibadan Admissions Portal (https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng).
2. Generate your admission letter on the CAPS system.
3. Make the payment directly on the portal.

Payment must be completed between Friday, 20 December, 2024, and Friday, 17 January, 2025. No deadline extension will be given. Refunds will not be processed for this fee.

Upload Required Documents

When making the payment, upload the following documents:

• Your O’Level result(s).
• The PIN or serial number of the WAEC/NECO scratch card used for verification of the O’Level results.

Ensure all information is accurate, as discrepancies could affect your admission status.

The admission portal will remain open for payment and uploads for a limited period:
