UNIBEN Inter-Faculty/Department Transfers 2024/2025

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has announced the sale of application forms for Inter-Faculty/Departmental Transfer for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This is available to full-time and part-time students.

Steps to Apply

1. Make a payment of ₦60,000 using the REMITA platform online.
2. Print the REMITA payment slip and take it to the Bursary (Investment Department) for conversion into an official UNIBEN receipt.
3. Visit the UNIBEN website (https://www.uniben.edu) to download the application form.
4. Attach the following to the completed form:
   • Original UNIBEN receipt of payment.
   • Photocopy of O’ Level Certificate or Statement of Result.
   • Passport photograph with a red background.
5. Submit the completed form to:
   • Exams and Records Division, Ugbowo Campus (Room 25), or
   • Exams and Records Office, Ekenhuan Campus (Former Staff Club Building).

Important Notes

• Enquiries should be made before paying for the transfer form as payments are non-refundable.
• Proper enquiries should also be made before filling out the form.
• Submit the completed form within six weeks of the publication date.
• Do not take the form to any faculty, school, or department for submission.
