Step-by-Step Guide to UNIDEL Acceptance Fee Payment
1. Logging In
To begin, visit the UNIDEL official portal.
Click on ‘login’ and enter your username and password.

2. Accessing Payment Information
After logging in:
- Click on the “My Data” tab at the top of the page.
- Select “payments” to view your payment details.
3. Creating a Payment Ticket
- Click on the ‘Add Online Payment Ticket’ button.
- Under the ‘Category’ dropdown menu, choose either ‘acceptance fee’ or ‘school fees’ as needed.
4. Selecting a Payment Method
For students with ATM-enabled Verve or Master Cards from recognised commercial banks:
A) Initiate the Payment Process:
- Click on the ‘Payment_ID’ for the ticket created.
- At the top of the page, click on ‘CollegePAY’ to review payment details.
B) Confirming and Completing Payment:
- If the details are correct, click ‘Submit’ to proceed to the Interswitch payment gateway.
- Select your card type (Verve or Master Card) and enter the required card details.
- Click “Pay” to finalise the transaction.
Special Note: The CVV2 is a 3-digit number found at the back of your card.
Documents to Upload for Clearance
Upon completing the payment, the following documents must be uploaded:
- O’Level Result(s)
- UTME (JAMB) Result
- Birth Certificate
- Local Government Area of Origin
- Two Reference Letters (from clergy or public servant Grade 12 and above)
- Letter from Sponsor/Guardian
