Payment
To request an academic transcript, a fee of ₦5,500 per transcript must be paid online. Payment is made through REMITA (https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/518853670/service.spa).
Application Form

Courier Services

Required Documents
After completing the application form, attach the following documents before submission:
- Payment receipt from REMITA.
- Photocopy of the applicant’s certificate.

Delivery Options
- Official Academic Transcript: Can be sent online to an official email address or via courier/NIPOST to an official address.
- Student Copy: Can be collected by hand, by an authorised person, or sent to a valid email address.
Note: If an authorised person collects the transcript, a letter of authorisation and a photocopy of their identification must be provided.
