Application Forms in addition to a year’s past question papers are obtainable at Unilorin Secondary School, University of Ilorin Mini Campus at the rate of N4,000.00 per form.
The N4,000.00 is payable to Skye Bank Muritala Mohammed Way, Ilorin. Account No. 4090636287. The TELLER should be brought to the school in DUPLICATE to obtain the form.
CLOSING DATE: All completed Application forms must reach the Principal on or before Thursday, 27th April 2017.
