UNIMED Post UTME / Direct Entry Form for 2025/2026 Admission

Admissions Are Open
The University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo State, has started receiving applications for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening. If you’re aiming to join any of the health and science courses offered by UNIMED, this is the time to apply.
The university was set up in 2014 and has since built a strong reputation for medical and health training. They run a steady academic calendar and offer a range of practical-focused courses.

Who Can Apply?
For UTME Candidates
You’re eligible if:
- You selected UNIMED as your first choice and scored 150 or above in the 2025 UTME.
- You didn’t choose UNIMED but are ready to switch and make it your first choice.
Make sure your UTME subject combo includes English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics for most courses. Those applying for Chemistry, Computer Science or Physics must replace Biology with Mathematics.
You must also have five credits in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, from WAEC, NECO or GCE. Two sittings max. But for Medicine, Dentistry or Physiotherapy, the five credits must come from one sitting only.
For Direct Entry Candidates
You can apply if:
- You picked UNIMED as your first choice during Direct Entry registration.
- You are ready to change to UNIMED as your first choice.
You’re expected to have at least 10 points from A-Level or equivalents like JUPEB, IJMB, ND, HND or a first degree. But your O’Level results must still match the course you’re applying for.
All Direct Entry applicants must request that their transcripts be sent to:
Office of the Registrar, UNIMED, Laje Road Campus, Ondo City,
And also email a copy to transcripts@unimed.edu.ng before the screening date.
You won’t be considered if your transcript isn’t received.
How to Apply
Here’s how to register:
- Visit the UNIMED website
- Click Admissions, then go to the Post-UTME portal
- Click PAYMENT, then pay the fee with a Naira debit card
- Print your receipt from the invoice page
- Log in with your UTME or DE registration number and your payment transaction ID to fill the form
Note: Use only the UNIMED website to pay. They won’t accept money sent elsewhere.
Screening Dates
The screening holds on:
- Tuesday 26th August 2025
- Wednesday 27th August 2025
- Thursday 28th August 2025
Details about where and when to appear will show up on your portal once you’re fully registered.
On the Day
Come along with:
- Your JAMB UTME result slip or DE registration slip
- A printed copy of your completed screening slip
Final Notes
- If you miss the screening, your application ends there. No second chances.
- Only rely on UNIMED’s official site or go to the Admissions Unit at the Laje Road Campus if you have questions.
- UNIMED does not use agents. Don’t pay any individual or third party. If you do, it’s on you.
