UNIOSUN 50% Tuition Fee Payment Notice

By  Updated on

The management of Osun State University (UNIOSUN), Osogbo, has asked students to pay at least half of their tuition fees for the 2025/2026 academic session before lectures begin.

The instruction came through a circular from the Office of the Registrar sent to all students. The notice, dated December 18, 2025, makes it clear that the rule affects students who did not apply for the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND).

Students covered by the directive are expected to complete the minimum 50 per cent payment before resumption on Monday, January 5, 2026. School authorities warned that students who fail to meet this requirement within the given time will be barred from taking part in Continuous Assessment and the mid-semester test for the session.

The management advised students to pay early to prevent last-minute stress and issues that could affect their studies. The circular also shared seasonal greetings, asking students to enjoy the holiday break with care and good sense.

The notice was signed by Atinuke Abosede Oguntunde, Registrar of the university, for the Vice-Chancellor.
