UNIUYO Acceptance Fee Payment 2025/2026 Update
The University of Uyo (UNIUYO) has announced that all newly admitted students can now pay their acceptance fees for the 2025/2026 academic session. According to management, the UNIUYO portal is open for payment until Thursday, October 30, 2025. Students are advised to complete this process early to secure their admission.
To make the payment, each admitted student should visit any commercial bank to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR). After payment, they must print the receipt and visit the Bursary Department for authentication of the e-payment slip. This confirms that the payment has been successfully received and verified by the university.
How to Pay the UNIUYO Acceptance Fee
- Visit any commercial bank and request to generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
- Pay the required acceptance fee using the RRR.
- Print the e-payment receipt from the Remita platform.
- Proceed to the Bursary Department, University of Uyo, for verification and stamping of the receipt.

Newly admitted students are reminded to follow these steps before the deadline. Anyone who fails to pay the acceptance fee by October 30, 2025, will forfeit their admission. Further details about the screening exercise and the start of lectures will be released by the university in due course.
