UNIUYO Part-Time Admission Requirements & Information
Requirements for UTME Candidates
- Candidates should possess WASC/NECO/GCE or their equivalent with a minimum of credit passes in five (5) subjects at not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, and other specific departmental and faculty requirements as specified in the JAMB brochure.
- UTME score is not needed for Part-Time Programmes.
- All candidates applying for admission into any of the Undergraduate Programmes must possess the academic qualifications as contained in section one of the admission requirements.
Direct Entry Candidates
- For Direct Entry admission, candidates are expected to possess at least two (2) A/Level papers, National Certificate in Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND), or equivalent University Diploma (at acceptable levels of pass) in related areas plus WASC/NECO/GCE or their equivalent at not more than two sittings, with a minimum of credit passes in five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, and other specific departmental requirements, and the certificate that qualifies you for Direct Entry admission.
- Candidates must attach the photocopies of their UTME Direct Entry SLIPS for 2023.
- Candidates should also submit the photocopies of the following documents in a big envelope to the Administrative Secretary, School of Continuing Education and Professional Studies, University of Uyo, Uyo:
- Credentials (O’level certificate and the certificate that qualifies you for Direct Entry)
- UTME Direct Entry slip
- All applicants should submit hard copies of all their credentials to the Administrative Secretary, School of Continuing Education and Professional Studies, University of Uyo, Uyo.

METHOD OF APPLICATION FOR PART-TIME UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES
- Pay a non-refundable fee of N9,000.00 (Nine Thousand Naira) via Remita Payment Platform.
- Visit uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals or www.uniuyo.edu.ng (click on e-portals link).
- Select Admission forms link (on the sidebar).
- Select e-Form(s) option.
- Select Admission Type (Example; Part-Time (UTME), Part-Time (DE), as the Admission Form Type).
- Enter your phone number, Name and E-mail address.
- Click the MAKE PAYMENT NOW button to make payment (payment can be made online or at any commercial Bank branch using pre-payment slip via Remita Platform).
- Return to the online portal and click on REGISTER LINK to obtain your login credentials.
- Note your Login credentials generated.
- Login, complete your registration and print out the 2024/2025 application form.
