Prof. Charles Okechukwu Esimone on Tuesday 14th May 2019 was elected the new Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

*He served two terms of 2 years each as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) of the University

*He is currently the Director of Confucius Institute
