The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) invites applications for the RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program – Onsite Cohort 52.

This program provides training to young African leaders, equipping them with skills to make a difference in their communities, organisations, and countries.

About the YALI RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program

YALI, an initiative by the United States government, aims to invest in Africa’s future leaders.

The Accra Regional Leadership Centre (RLC) serves nine West African countries: Togo, Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, The Gambia, Burkina Faso, Liberia, Cameroon, and Sierra Leone.

This program offers hands-on training at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

The program focuses on leadership development across three tracks.
