AAU Admission Process Completion Notice for 2025/2026 Session
The management of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, has issued an important notice to all candidates admitted for the 2025/2026 academic session. All admitted students are required to complete their admission process on or before Sunday, 26 October 2025.
This directive affects both UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates. Completing the admission process promptly ensures that candidates secure their admission slots and avoid disqualification due to incomplete documentation or late action.
Official Statement from AAU Management
According to a press release dated Wednesday, 22 October 2025, the Deputy Registrar and Admission Officer, Egbedion Sylvester O., FCAI, MANUPA, stated that any candidate who fails to accept or finalise their admission within the stipulated time risks forfeiting the offer.
The statement was endorsed by Otunba Mike Ade Aladenika, the Public Relations Officer and Head of Information, Protocol and Public Relations at AAU. It called on all newly admitted students, parents, and university staff to take this reminder seriously.
Steps for Admitted Candidates
To complete the AAU admission process successfully, candidates are advised to:
- Log in to the AAU admission portal using their registration details.
- Confirm their admission status under the “Check Admission” section.
- Accept the admission offer officially.
- Pay the required acceptance fee through the university’s approved online payment channels.
- Print and retain the admission slip and payment receipts for future reference.
Candidates are encouraged to complete these steps without delay, as late registration or failure to accept the offer may lead to automatic forfeiture of admission.
The management of AAU has reiterated its commitment to maintaining transparency and fairness in its admission process while ensuring all admitted students meet the required deadlines.
Students who have completed the process are advised to stay informed through the university website and official communication channels for updates on the resumption date and registration schedules.
