ATBU academic calendar 2025/2026: key dates

The Office of the Registrar, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, has released the Senate-approved academic calendar for the 2025/2026 academic session. Senate approved the schedule at the Second Semester Senate Examination Meeting held on Monday, 17 November 2025.

This calendar lays out the main dates for both semesters. Students can use it to plan registration, lectures, tests, and the long breaks.

First semester schedule (2025/2026)

Online Registration (100L to 500L)

• 15 Dec 2025 to 5 Jan 2026 (3 weeks, 1 day)

Christmas & Boxing Day holiday

• 25 to 26 Dec 2025 (2 days)
