ATBU End of the Year Break & Resumption 2019

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, ATBU end-of-the-year break notice to staff and students.

This is to inform the University Community that the Federal Government has declared Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th December, 2019 as public holidays to commemorate Christmas celebrations.
Accordingly, the Vice-Chancellor has extended the public holidays to Friday 27th and Tuesday 31st December, 2019 respectively as work free days. Staff are therefore, to resume duty on Thursday 2nd January, 2020.
It should however be noted that this does not affect staff on essential duties and Principal Officers of the University.
