This is to inform all the newly admitted students of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, that the management of the institution has released the Medical Form for the 2016/2017 academic session.

All Fresh Students are to download Medical Form which is to be filled and signed by a Certified Medical Doctor .

The duly certified form and X-Ray result should be submitted to the Medical Director ATBU Bauchi upon resumption on the 26th of March 2017.
