- Getting an Application Form Number: After a successful payment, you’ll need an Application Form Number. Click on “Click here to get a Form Number”, and supply your registered email address and the PASSCODE. Your Application Form Number will be emailed to you and displayed on the screen.
- Submitting the Application Form: To submit the Application Form, log in with your Application Form number and PASSCODE. It’s essential to note that once your Application Form is submitted, you will not be able to change the Passport Photograph and other details provided.
