Bingham University Gains NUC Approval for Doctor of Pharmacy
Bingham University has received approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to offer the Pharm D. Doctor of Pharmacy programme. The approval follows a resource verification visit by NUC experts. Read on for full details.
Bingham University has received approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to commence the Pharm D. Doctor of Pharmacy programme from the 2024/2025 academic session.
The approval was granted after a resource verification visit conducted by an expert panel from the NUC in late 2023.
A letter confirming the approval was sent to the Vice-Chancellor and was signed by Abubakar M. Girei, the Acting Director of Academic Planning, on behalf of the Executive Secretary of the NUC.
The Vice-Chancellor acknowledged the approval and appreciated the NUC for the recognition.
He congratulated the university community and encouraged staff to stay committed to their responsibilities.
