College of Nursing, Sokoto Post UTME Form 2025/2026 | ND/HND Nursing

The College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto has started selling Post-UTME forms for its ND and HND Nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

If you scored 160 or above in the 2025 JAMB and chose the college as your first choice, you can apply.

Who Can Apply

You must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 160 in 2025 UTME
• Credit passes in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC or NECO, in not more than two sittings
• Choose College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto as your first choice
• Use Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your JAMB subject combination

Upload the following during registration:

• JAMB result slip
• Change of institution slip
• O’Level results
• O’Level results must also be uploaded to JAMB CAPS

Application Process

1. Go to the College portal
2. Click on the “Admission” tab, then create a profile
3. Fill in your details and follow the instructions
4. Pay the ₦10,000 application fee through the portal

Once you finish registration, prepare for the exam.

Key Dates to Note

• Form sales: 7 to 23 July 2025
• Post-UTME exam: 2 August 2025
• Result released: 4 August 2025
• Screening: 11 to 15 August 2025
