What the Ministry Said the Recruitment Will Do

The Ministry linked the recruitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and said it aims to bridge Nigeria’s skills gap.

The plan is to bring in qualified, industry-oriented professionals to deliver modern, competency-based training; the focus sits on skills that fit current labour market needs.

Who the Recruitment Targets

The recruitment drive seeks experienced technical experts with strong pedagogical capacity.

The Ministry expects successful applicants to strengthen practical teaching and classroom instruction across Federal Technical Colleges; theory and hands-on work both matter.

Application Method and Key Note for Applicants

Interested applicants are to complete the official online application form through the Ministry’s designated Portal.

The Ministry said all submissions will face a transparent, rigorous, merit-based evaluation process; submission does not guarantee selection.

Closing Date and Time

The application portal will close at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, 16 March 2026.
