FUDMA part-time degree admission 2025/2026 (CPCS): programmes, requirements, how to apply

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the part-time degree programme of the College of Professional and Continuing Studies, Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA), Katsina State, for the 2025/2026 academic session.

FUDMA listed the following degree options under the part-time programme:

O’Level requirements by programme

Candidates are expected to meet the stated O’Level subjects for their chosen programme (the subject mix matters; a wrong combo can block the process).

1) B.A. Hausa

English Language, Mathematics, Hausa, and any two Arts/Social Sciences subjects.

2) B.A. Islamic Studies

English Language, Mathematics, Islamic, and any two Arts/Social Sciences subjects.

3) B.A. Arabic

English Language, Mathematics, Arabic, and any two Arts/Social Sciences subjects.

4) B.Sc. Accounting

English Language, Mathematics, Hausa, and any two Arts/Social Sciences subjects.

5) B.Sc. Economics

English Language, Mathematics, economics, and any two Arts/Social Sciences subjects.

6) B.Sc. Computer Science

English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and any two Arts/Social Sciences subjects.

Direct Entry candidates (Level 200)

Direct Entry candidates qualify for admission into Level 200; this is in addition to the O’Level requirement stated under each programme.

FUDMA listed eligible Direct Entry candidates as holders of National Certificate of Education (NCE) with a minimum of lower credit (or its equivalent) in relevant certificate obtained from recognised institutions.

Extra detail on B.Sc. Livestock Extension

Admission into B. Sc. Livestock Extension is only meant for those with HND, NCE and ND in a related field of agriculture, for example: Agronomy, Agric. Economics, Agric. Extension, Animal Science, Home Science and Management, Food Science, Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries.

Students with HND are admitted into 300 level, while those with NCE/ND are admitted into 200 level.

How to apply (FUDMA CPCS part-time form)

Interested applicants are to pay a non-refundable fee of five thousand naira (N5,000) only for the part-time programme.

Step 1: Create an account

Candidates should sign up via the FUDMA CPCS application signup portal. A valid email address and phone number are required.

Step 2: Generate invoice and pay

After login, the applicant should generate a payment invoice and make payment using the available payment options.

Step 3: Verify payment

After successful payment, the candidate should return to the Portal to verify the payment (yes, verify it).

Step 4: Check email for login instructions

An email will be sent containing application guidelines and instructions for creating the account password.

Step 5: Complete the application

The applicant should log in with the registered email address and the created password, fill the required forms carefully, and upload a passport photograph.

If successful, the candidate can monitor admission status on the same platform.
