FUDMA Certificate Form 2025/2026 (CPCS): Apply

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Certificate programme of the College of Professional and Continuing Studies, Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA), Katsina State, for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The College listed the available certificate courses, the entry requirement for all applicants, the duration, and the online steps for submission. A candidate who wants this programme should keep the process simple; choose a course, pay the fee, complete the form.

Available Certificate programmes

FUDMA CPCS listed two certificate programmes:

• French
• Herbal and Alternative Medicine

Entry requirement (for all certificate programmes)

The entry requirement for all the certificate programmes is a Primary School Leaving Certificate.

That is the stated minimum; the applicant should have it ready before starting the online form.

Duration

The duration is 2 semesters.

How to apply for FUDMA CPCS Certificate programme

Interested applicants are to pay a non-refundable fee of three thousand naira (N3,000) only for the Certificate programme.

Step 1: Create an account

Applicants should sign up on the FUDMA CPCS application signup portal using a valid email address and phone number.

Step 2: Generate invoice and pay

After login, the applicant generates a payment invoice and makes payment using the available payment options.

Step 3: Verify payment

After payment, the applicant returns to the portal to verify the payment (small step, but it matters).

Step 4: Check email for login instructions

The applicant will receive an email containing application guidelines and instructions for creating the account password.

Step 5: Complete the application

The applicant logs in with the registered email address and the created password, fills in the required forms carefully, and uploads a passport photograph.

If successful, the candidate can monitor admission status on the same portal.
