This significant accomplishment was confirmed in a letter signed by the Commission’s Acting Director of Accreditation, Engr. Abraham Chundusu, on behalf of the Acting Executive Secretary, Chris Maiyaki. The letter was addressed to the Vice Chancellor, Professor Abu Kasim Adamu.

Vice Chancellor Professor Abu Kasim Adamu expressed his gratitude to the NUC for the positive results. He assured that the university will continue to maintain high standards to meet the NUC requirements and aim for greater rankings. Professor Adamu thanked the Executive Governor of Niger State, Honourable Umaru Mohammed Bago, for his financial support, and also appreciated the Ministries of Tertiary Education, Finance, and Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs for their continual support.

He encouraged staff and students to remain dedicated to the development of the university for the betterment of the state and the nation.
