UNIDEL First Semester Exams 2025/2026: Dates, CA Upload Window, and Key Notices

The University of Delta (UNIDEL) has announced that the 2025/2026 First Semester Examination will begin on Monday, 9 Feb 2026 and end on 27 February 2026, across the university.

This schedule follows the Senate-approved and amended academic calendar; the message covers staff tasks and student requirements.

UNIDEL exam date and duration

UNIDEL fixed the first semester examinations for these dates:

Students and staff should keep these dates in view; a missed detail can turn into a long day.

Course Level advisers: online validation of registration

Management has asked all Course Level Advisers to speed up and conclude the online validation of the students registration exercise immediately.

That instruction sits at the centre of the notice; it is not a side remark.

Course teachers: deadline for Continuous Assessment (CA) upload

Course teachers are to complete the upload of Continuous Assessment Scores within this period:

Lecturers should close out the CA entries within the window given (same dates, no extensions mentioned).

Faculty officers: collection of exam materials

All Faculty Officers have been reminded to collect all examination materials from the Examinations and Records Division, then convey them to their Faculties.

The message is plain; materials should move from the Division to the Faculties without delay.

Faculty examination officers: follow the timetable

Faculty Examinations Officers have been requested to ensure strict adherence to the Examination Timetables.

This part is for coordination; no mixing of times, no casual swaps, no late starts because a unit did not stick to the schedule.

School fees and registration status: entry into exam centres

UNIDEL has again reminded students who refused to pay their school fees that, without complete registration, they will not be allowed into the examination centres.

A simple check remains the gatekeeper; registration must be complete.

Vice-Chancellor’s message

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof (Mrs) Stella Chiemeke, expressed appreciation to both Academic and Non-Academic Staff for the efforts invested in the successful conclusion of the First Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
