UNILAG Matriculation Oath Form Notice

Fresh UTME and Direct Entry students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) are asked to complete a simple task before matriculation.

The Matriculation Ceremony is set for Wednesday, 17 December 2025. Before that date, each new student needs to fill and print the Matriculation Oath Form through the student portal.

The process is short and straightforward. Students only need to sign in, complete the form, and print a copy for records.

Students can access the form through the UNILAG matriculation oath form portal at unilag.edu.ng/matriculation-oath/.

Completing this step early helps students avoid last-minute stress and ensures they are ready for the ceremony.
