ZAMSUT Screening/Confirmation 2025/2026 for New Students

The Screening exercise for newly admitted students of Zamfara State University, Talata Mafara (ZAMSUT) for the 2025/2026 academic session has been officially announced.

All UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who have been offered admission into the university are expected to take part in the screening and confirmation process as scheduled below.

Schedule for the ZAMSUT Screening

• Date: Monday, 13th October 2025
• Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily (Monday to Friday)
• Venue: University Temporary Site, Talata Mafara

All candidates must attend the screening within the stated dates and times.

Documents Required for ZAMSUT Screening

Candidates are required to come along with both original and photocopies of the following:

• E-PIN for acceptance fee (to be purchased at Zenith Bank, Talata Mafara Branch)
• JAMB Admission Letter (original and duplicate, colour print)
• JAMB Original Result Slip
• Evidence of Admission
• Photocopy of Biodata Form
• Primary School Certificate and Testimonial
• O-Level Result (Original Certificate)
• Letter of Indigene
• Declaration of Age or Birth Certificate
• NIN Slip
• Four (4) recent passport photographs

Applicants should ensure that all documents are complete and presented neatly for verification.

Important Note

Students are advised to follow all screening instructions strictly and complete the process within the scheduled period. Late attendance may result in delays in course registration or clearance.
