Complete Registration and Clearance Guide for Ambrose Alli University (AAU) New Students

Check Admission Status

• Visit the AAU admission portal.
• Click on “Check Admission” and enter your JAMB registration number and surname.
• If admitted, accept the offer on the JAMB CAPS portal.
• Ensure your WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results are uploaded to JAMB CAPS.

Pay Acceptance Fee

• Log in to the portal after accepting your admission.
• Check for your student ID and password.
• Use the credentials to log in and pay the acceptance fee.

Check Clearance Status

• Log in with your student ID and password on the portal.
• Review your clearance status on the top right of the page.
• If details are incorrect, update them by clicking “My Data” and “Clearance Data.”
• Request clearance again after saving the correct details.

Pay School Fees and Other Charges

• Select “My Data” and choose “Payments.”
• Add a payment ticket and select the required category, such as acceptance fee or school fees.
• Proceed with payment using an ATM-enabled Verve or MasterCard.

Get Matriculation Number

• Log in to the portal and go to “My Data.”
• Click “Base Data” and “Get Matriculation Number.”
• Download and print your matriculation number slip.

Register Courses

• Log in and select the “My Data” tab.
• Click “Add course list” and create a course list.
• Edit or register the course list and download the registration slip.

Important Notes for Students

• Collect university receipts for all payments from faculty accountants.
• Submit copies of credentials, matriculation slip, clearance forms, and receipts to the faculty office.
