Federal University Gashua (FUGASHUA) has approved the re-opening of the university portal for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The university said the portal will be accessible from Friday, 20 February to Friday, 27 February 2026; the directive covers both newly admitted students and returning students with pending registration.

FUGASHUA confirmed the registration portal will be open within this window:

• Friday, 20 February 2026 to Friday, 27 February 2026

Students should treat the dates as fixed; registration activities are expected to fall within that period.

Instruction for newly admitted students

The management directed newly admitted students to complete their registration before the deadline.

No registration will be accepted after the stated deadline; that is the condition attached to the portal re-opening, and it applies to all fresh students affected.

Instruction for returning students with incomplete registration

Returning students who did not complete their registration were directed to pay a late registration fee of N10,000.

That payment is the stated requirement for affected returning students; students in this category should sort the fee and complete registration within the portal window.
