ADSU Mubi hostel allocation dates 2025/2026

ADSU, Mubi Accommodation Allocation Exercise 2025/2026: Phase I on 8 January 2026, Phase II on 15 January 2026

Adamawa State University (ADSU), Mubi, has issued a notice for new and returning students on accommodation allocation for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The university adjusted the allocation exercise. It will now start in two phases. The notice lists the dates and the hostels or groups under each phase.

This change follows ongoing hostel renovation works at the Boni Haruna Campus. The works are expected to finish within the revised period.

The notice states that the allocation exercise is meant to improve hostel facilities and support a more conducive ADSU student hostel experience. Simple as that.

Phase I schedule and coverage

Phase I will cover the following groups and hostel:

• Ganye Chiefdom
• Batta Chiefdom
• Shelleng Chiefdom
• Luguda Chiefdom
• Mubi Emirate
• Bachama Chiefdom
• Adamawa Emirate
• Abubakar Barde (256 capacity, male hostel)

Date for allocation: 8 January 2026

Phase II schedule and coverage

Phase II will cover these hostels:

• Premedics 1 & 2
• Need 1 & 2
• Chiroma
• Aisha
• Gambo
• Zainab

Date for allocation: 15 January 2026

What students are expected to do

The notice asks students concerned to take note of the new plan and make arrangements based on the phase dates.

Further updates, if any, will be shared through official university channels. Students should rely on those channels for changes to dates or other instructions.
