DESPO Announces Screening Dates for ND and HND Applicants

The Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) Screening Exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session is now set.

All candidates applying for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) are to get ready for this important step in the admission process.

The screening schedule is arranged to cover both ND and HND applicants.

Screening Schedule for Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO)

The Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) Screening Exercise will take place as follows:

Wednesday, 2nd October 2024:

• Programme: National Diploma (ND) Regular I & II.
• Schools: All Schools.
• Time: 10:00 AM.
• Venue: Polytechnic Campus.

Thursday, 3rd October 2024:

• Programme: Higher National Diploma (HND).
• Schools: All Schools.
• Time: 10:00 AM.
• Venue: Polytechnic Campus.

Documents Required for Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) Screening Exercise

Candidates must bring the following documents to the screening exercise:

1. JAMB Result Slip.
2. O Level Result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
3. Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
4. Two Recent Passport Photographs.
5. Photocopy of Application Form and Bursary Receipt.
6. Birth Certificate.
7. ND Result (for HND applicants).
8. Evidence of Completion of One Year Industrial Training (I.T.) (for HND applicants).
9. Evidence of JAMB Regularisation (for HND applicants).

Note on Sales of Screening Form

The sale of the screening form is still ongoing.

All prospective applicants are encouraged to complete their registration in good time.
