FUEZ Screening for New Students 2025/2026: date and documents

The Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUEZ), through the Office of the Registrar (Academic Office), has announced the start of the screening and documentation exercise for all newly admitted undergraduate students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The notice places the exercise at the University’s Academic Office; screening begins on Monday, 19 January 2026. New students should treat this as a required step (paperwork first, lectures later).

• JAMB Slip and JAMB Result Slip
• JAMB Admission Letter

Admission letters

• University Admission Letter

O’Level and entry qualification

• O’Level Certificate, Statement of Result, or Internet Printout (UTME students)
• O’Level and NCE Certificates (Direct Entry students)

Personal and local identification

• Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Indigenisation
• Letter of Good Conduct from a reputable person in the society

Screening and payment evidence

• Copy of Screening Form
• Evidence of Payment of Registration Fee
• Registration Number printed from the University portal
• Scratch Card for verification of O’Level result

Passport photographs

• Six (6) recent passport photographs

A simple warning about delays

Students are advised to ensure all required documents are complete and properly arranged; missing items, mixed-up pages, or an incomplete file can slow down the process.
