If you’ve got an HND and you’ve been thinking of crossing over to a full university degree, this might be your chance. Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has opened its 2025/2026 HND to Degree conversion programme, and the form is live.

Who This Is For

This programme is for people who already have an HND but want to bag a B.Sc., B.Ed., B.A., or B.Tech in a related field. It’s a one-academic-year upgrade. Two semesters and you’re done—if you meet the requirements.

  1. HND Certificate from a recognised polytechnic or institution
    • If you’re going for Accounting, professional qualifications like ICAN, ANAN, or ACCA are also accepted
  2. NYSC discharge, exemption, or exclusion letter
  3. O’Level result with English and Maths credits
  4. Your ND and HND transcripts
