The Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) cut-off mark — The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has approved the minimum score requirements for admission to universities, polytechnics, and other tertiary institutions in the country. 140 has been authorised as the minimal benchmark for admissions into universities for the 2022/2023 academic year, while 100 has been approved for polytechnics and colleges of education.
According to JAMB, each institution is free to set its own cut-off mark of up to 220, but no one is permitted to go below the agreed-upon minimum marks. This institution is yet to announce its desired cut-off mark for the 2022/2023 session. The one presented below is for 2021/2022. We hope this gives you a sense of what to anticipate in 2022/23. Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) cut off mark for the 2021/2022 session admission exercise. If your UTME score is exactly or above the LASPOTECH cut-off mark, you will be considered for admission (via screening). If your UTME score is below the prescribed cut off mark, you may not be offered admission.
Authorities of Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) have released the cut-off mark for the 2021/2022 academic session admission exercise.
The Lagos State College of Science and Technology (now known as Lagos State Polytechnic) was established with the promulgation of Lagos State Edict No. 1 of 1978 with retroactive effect from June 1, 1977. The Institution commenced classes in January 1978 at a temporary site (now the Isolo Campus).

LASPOTECH Cut Off Mark
To be eligible to participate in LASPOTECH Post UTME screening exercise, you must have scored 130 and above in the last Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). See the approved cut off marks for various courses for 2021/2022 session below:
