Novena University 5th Combined Convocation Ceremony 2025

Novena University invites the public to its 5th combined convocation ceremony. The ceremony covers six academic sessions: 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021, 2021/2022, 2022/2023, and 2023/2024.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, 25 January 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Venue: Convocation Arena, Amai Campus

The event will feature the award of bachelor’s degrees, postgraduate diplomas, master’s degrees, and PhDs. Prizes will also be presented to outstanding students.

Instructions for Graduands

1. Collection of Gowns
   Gowns will be issued on Wednesday, 22 January 2025.
2. Reporting on Arrival
   Upon arriving on campus, report to the secretary to the registrar. Provide your full name, phone number, department, and signature.
3. Slip and Gown Collection
   After reporting, collect a slip from the secretary. Present it to Mr. Monday or Mr. Dike at the store to collect your gown.
4. Attendance at the Venue
   Be present at the convocation ground before the procession begins.
